TORRINGTON, Wyo. – Eastern Wyoming College (EWC) Volleyball announces the signing of Gracie ZumBrunnen, a highly decorated multi-sport athlete from Lusk, Wyoming, who will join the Lady Lancers for the fall 2025 season.
ZumBrunnen, a 6'0" outside hitter, brings an impressive record of athletic achievements to EWC, including All-State honors, multiple school records, and the SEWAC Athlete of the Year award.
"We are thrilled to welcome Gracie to our program," said Head Volleyball Coach George Hamilton. "She is a dynamic player with a strong competitive drive, a history of success, and a relentless work ethic. We know she will make an immediate impact on our team."

- Three-time All-Conference selection
- 2024 All-State honoree
- SEWAC Athlete of the Year
- School record holder for most kills in a season (315)
- School record holder for most kills in a single game (20)
- NCHS Most Valuable Player
In addition to volleyball, ZumBrunnen has excelled in basketball, track and field, and multiple leadership roles throughout her high school career. She has been an All-State triple jumper, a state record-holding sprinter, and a key competitor in multiple state championships. Beyond athletics, ZumBrunnen has demonstrated exceptional leadership as a National Honor Society officer, the founder and leader of her school's Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) group, and a state and national qualifier in FCCLA and FFA competitions.
With her strong athleticism, leadership qualities, and academic dedication, ZumBrunnen is expected to be a valuable addition to the EWC Volleyball program and the Lancer athletic community.
