TORRINGTON, Wyo. — Eastern Wyoming College Rodeo welcomes Cheyenne Hauptman to the Lancer Rodeo Team for the upcoming season.
Hauptman brings talent, determination and a strong competitive background as she joins one of the region’s growing collegiate rodeo programs. Her dedication to excellence in the arena and in the classroom makes her an outstanding addition to the EWC community.
“I’m honored to continue my rodeo career at Eastern Wyoming College and become part of the Lancer Rodeo Team,” Hauptman said. “I’m excited to compete, improve my skills and represent EWC.”
Head Rodeo Coach Whit Peterson said he is pleased to add Hauptman to the program.
“Cheyenne is a quality student-athlete with a strong work ethic and a competitive mindset,” Peterson said. “She has the drive to succeed and will be a great fit for our team and our culture.”
As she begins her collegiate rodeo career, Hauptman is ready to contribute to the continued success of the Lancer Rodeo Team while pursuing her academic goals at EWC.
